ABOUT JENNY FLETCHER
Following a career change, I graduated from my five-year Bachelors of Osteopathy at the College of Osteopathic Education with a first class honours degree. I also hold certification in Soft-Tissue Therapy, Acupuncture for Sports Injuries, Clinical Pilates and Therapeutic Yoga.
My treatment focuses on providing relief from painful symptoms and empowering patients to help themselves though restorative exercise and movement . I am especially interested in chronic pain and helping people recover from sports injuries. As well as working in my clinic, I am an Advanced Practitioner in Oxfordshire's NHS Community Musculoskeletal (MSK) service. I do this on a part-time basis and working in this multi-disciplinary team with Physiotherapists, Consultants, Podiatrists and Sports Therapists is a great way to ensure my clinical knowledge stays current and comprehensive. For many years I was club Osteopath for Gosford All Blacks RFC. This involved treating and rehabilitating players from all kinds of injuries at training sessions and providing treatment and pitch side first aid at the men's first fifteen matches.
I have lived in Oxford for twenty years and am a mother of two. I love lots of different activities including yoga, tennis, weight training, eating, travelling, reading and being out and about with my two dogs.
